We want this website
FOR the
RESIDENTS of Rockland County but also want to
SUPPORT the various
COMMUNITIES and their
EVENTS in Rockland County as much as possible.
For this reason, we decided to add a
Community Event as one of the options when posting a sale!
While a Community Event is not exactly like a garage/yard sales or even a bazaar, we believe it's just as fun to participate in the community events and most of the times, you also get a glimpse and taste of food and services from our local businesses at a promotional price.
We truly believe that promoting and bringing awareness of our community events in Rockland County will benefit both our residents and local businesses in Rockland County, hence benefiting our Rockland County as a whole. It's a win-win situation.
We are currently working on logistics to add this new option and we will have another official announcement in our blog when this new feature becomes officially available.
